Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with current legislation (Articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code), you have 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to justify your decision or pay any penalties.

To exercise your right of withdrawal:
You must notify us of your decision by email at support@artisanatdepoque.com or via our online contact form before the 14-day withdrawal period expires.

Returning Products

After notifying us of your withdrawal, you have an additional 14 days to return the items to the following address:

Returned products must be:

• In their original condition, complete (packaging, accessories, instructions, etc.)

• Unused, undamaged, and properly packaged for transport

Return costs are at your expense, unless the return is due to our error (damaged product, wrong item, etc.).

Refunds

Refunds will be made within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal request, but may be deferred until we receive the returned goods or proof of their shipment.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the order, unless you expressly agree to another method.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to customised products or items made according to your specifications.
